Yes, we do. As the final step in our pre-screening process, all applicants are required to pass a criminal record check.
Most of our bookings are made online, so we take security very seriously. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL, and our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security. Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, which uses 256-bit security as well. Plus, we don’t store your credit card number—just a token that allows us to charge the card when the service is complete.
All our team members are interviewed by the owner and pass a criminal record check. We believe our team is our greatest asset, so we maintain very high standards. Only about 10% of applicants become a Nirvana Clean cleaner.
Our cleaning professionals take pride in delivering the best service possible. If you’re not happy with your service, please get in touch with us within 24 hours. We’ll send your cleaning professionals back to fix any issues at no additional cost (within a 7-day window). They appreciate the chance to show their value and be fairly compensated for their work.
New clients who haven’t had their homes cleaned professionally within the last month will need to add the Deep Clean option in the Extras section to give our crew members the time they need to achieve the high-quality results you expect. Once that’s complete, our Standard Clean is the perfect choice for weekly/biweekly/monthly services moving forward! Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the level of service.

Wipe down/Spot-clean walls within arm’s reach using soap and water. Because the integrity of paint is sometimes an issue, our cleaners err on the side of caution when applying cleaning products to the walls. They will do our best to remove basic stains, but sometimes a spot just needs a quick paint touch-up.
Pet Hair Removal
Pets are awesome, but messy! This extra provides additional time to remove pet hair from floors and carpets. Does not apply to Upholstery (please see our Services page for more information).
Load of Laundry
Wash, Dry, and Fold. Please communicate specific garment needs on the day of your service.
For this service, we handle all your organizing needs, including extras that are usually add-ons. Please estimate the time needed accurately when booking so our cleaning professionals can complete everything you request. We have a three-hour minimum and can stay as long as needed to get things back in order. If your garage, closet, or room feels overwhelming, our organizers are here to help! If you’re a homeowner, landlord, property manager, tenant, buyer, or seller needing a professional cleaning service, our Move In/Move Out option is perfect! We’ll provide a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in. Please ensure the home is empty before our service and that no other people (like movers or tradespeople) are working in the space. We’ll also need electricity and water.

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.
Of course! Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments about special tasks/extras you would like added to your service.
